Drives & Automation

  • Gear Motors

A coupled combination of Gear & motor commonly used in all kinds of industry to give power drive to almost all industrial applications. Generously dimensioned ball or roller bearings, case hardened forged and ground gears, and internally and externally reinforced gearboxes ensure a long, low maintenance service life. They have total flexibility in mounting options includes foot, base, face, and flange solutions. Available in all types of series as per mounting requirement.

  • Gear Reducers

Worm gearing is a class of gear reducers that utilizes right angle, non-intersecting shafts. This style of reducer provides smooth and quiet operation and allows for the possibility of large speed reductions. he continuous sliding tooth action between worm and the teeth of the worm gear increases the tolerance for heavy loads and shock loads. Worm gear drives offer users high reducing capacity for relatively low cost when compared to some other types of gearing. The use of worm gearing extends across many industries including food, beverage and grain and has many applications. Some applications that utilize worm gearing are: conveyors, mixers and bucket elevators.

  • Servo Drives & Motors

Servo systems can be used in CNC machining, factory automation, and robotics, among other uses. Their main advantage over traditional DC or AC motors is the addition of motor feedback. This feedback can be used to detect unwanted motion, or to ensure the accuracy of the commanded motion. The feedback is generally provided by an encoder of some sort. Servos, in constant speed changing use, have a better life cycle than typical AC wound motors

  • Vfd’s

A motor drive or variable-frequency drive (VFD), also known as an adjustable-frequency or variable-speed drive, AC drive, micro or inverter drive, is a type of adjustable-speed drive used in electro-mechanical drive systems to control AC motor speed and or torque by varying the motor input frequency and voltage. Available in various European , Korean brands.
